Upcoming events with bikes!
We’ve got a lot of exciting things coming up on the calendar that you should definitely make a point of attending! Check out the “events” tab to see all the stuff going on.
On March 6 we’re having a community meeting to discuss ACTIVISM! Birmingham doesn’t have a good track record for bike infrastructure, bike safety laws, and the like, but lets work to change that. We’ll be talking about setting ONE goal for the year and how we can go about accomplishing said goal. Meet for a picnic at Railroad Park, 2 pm.
On March 8 Birmingham is hosting a Mardi Gras Parade; the first one since 1901! Bici is reppin with “float” i.e. a mass of people on bikes, and YOU should be part of that mass. The plan is to meet at 8:00 pm by Mellow Mushroom in 5 pts.
